RoboHead is a division of Aquent, the world's first and largest workforce solutions firm.  RoboHead is hiring a Digital Marketing Manager who will support marketing strategies to drive the acquisition of new sales leads and opportunities to keep RoboHead top-of-mind with existing customers and prospects. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing technical capabilities with a desire to expand their career experience within the realm of marketing and sales enablement.

This is a virtual position where you will feel the support and camaraderie of a close-knit and collaborative team.

Ways You'll Continuously Add Value:

  • Work closely with the sales team to implement effective acquisition, engagement, retention and cross-sell campaigns for prospects and current customers.

  • Own the day-to-day website and email marketing production and development process to support digital lead generation activities.

  • Use Wordpress, MailChimp, and other tools to mockup and create content for websites, email, and social media.

Come To Us With:

  • Deep knowledge of the technical underpinnings to email, landing page, audience segmentation, and lead generation best practices.

  • Can translate a design (both creative mock-ups and conceptual ideas) into a plan of action for development and resources needed.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to interface with remote offices and agencies.

  • Three or more years of website CMS administration – designing and building customer experiences that drive tangible, trackable results.

  • 3-5 years of email marketing experience, demonstrating success with implementing multiple acquisition and nurture campaign strategies.

  • Extensive WordPress experience and a strong understanding of HTML and CSS.

  • Extensive knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize.

  • Experience with email marketing and automation tools.

  • Experience with Salesforce, paid media (social, search, display), and Adobe creative software a plus.

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or technically relevant field is preferred, though not required.
