This funky, creative and driven - but totally down to earth - digital and creative staffing agency (the TOP in the US, actually) is looking for a stellar Regional Direct Hire Manager (central and west) to join our high-achieving and fast-growing direct hire team!

The Regional Direct Hire Manager partners with divisional/regional senior leadership to achieve direct hire goals and objectives. Provides Direct Hire Consultants (DHCs) the resources needed to be successful in delivering direct hire placements, exceeding customer expectations, and achieving individual and regional revenue targets. Trains, manages, and reinforces best practices in order qualification, recruitment strategies, and order control to successfully deliver direct hire services to clients and talent and drive strong financial results. 


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Directs and supports divisional and/or regional Direct Hire growth (central and west), implements direct hire program initiatives, and ensures communication of these initiatives across the organization. 

  • Works closely with regional leadership and North America Direct Hire Business Leader to assess and improve DHC staff and uncover strategic client growth opportunities. 

  • Acts as performance coach to ensure the success of the DHC through key metrics and activities, working 1-on-1 with DHCs to deliver consistent results, achieve goals, and, when applicable, diagnose areas of breakdown. 

  • Leads regular standup meetings with DHCs to health check searches, enhance key skill sets, and share knowledge, and inspire healthy competition. 

  • Hires, manages, and trains DHCs. 

  • Leverages marketing activities to drive revenue and growth. 

  • Works closely with regional leadership and Direct Hire Business Leader to educate field managers, sales, and recruiters on direct hire including how to position our direct hire offering, qualify orders, and reach their individual direct hire goals. 

  • Participates in order qualification meetings, fee negotiations, etc., and provides guidance and advice for training and coaching opportunities. 

  • Manages any escalated client or candidate issues and provides constructive coaching where needed. 

  • Embraces and ensures that DHC team consistently follows best practices for engaging and retaining customers and documenting activities in database. 

  • Develops and delivers monthly client reporting. 


Signs of Success: 

  • Meets or exceeds DHC Perm revenue goals for area of responsibility 

  • DHCs meet or exceed ramp-up and monthly placement goals

  • Increases number of new qualified DH orders quarter over quarter for growth 

  • Fosters a collaborative, service-oriented DHC team 


Goals and Performance Metrics: 

  • DHCs achieve ramp-up goal of at least one filled order within first 60 days

  • DHCs achieve minimum of one filled order per month after month two

  • Regional Direct Hire revenue growth

Experience: 

  • 5+ years Direct Hire /Perm staffing 

  • 3+ years in management/leadership role 

  • Demonstrated success coaching new hires and tenured top performers

  • Successful track record sourcing, hiring, ramping and leading high performing DHCs ($400K+ billers). 

  • Digital / Creative Industry background preferred
