Manage the overall programmatic functions of our MSP Client accounts, including order management and client care.
Dedicated to one or a group of clients within an industry
Act as Aquent’s primary point of contact for MSP
Act as a liaison between sales and delivery
Work with Industry Managers to ensure accuracy and compliance
Work with account team to:
ENSURE CLIENT AND TALENT SATISFACTION
Work with Recruiters to identify and redeploy Talent coming off an assignment
Ensure compliance with all client requirements as set forth in the agreement
Seek opportunities to add value to the MSP relationship
Responsible for setting appropriate expectations with client and educating the client to enrich satisfaction and partnership
Ensure Aquent is in the right segment categories
Anticipate clients’ upcoming needs
Act as MSP’s advocate within Aquent’s organization and Aquent’s advocate within the MSP organization through the use of data to drive outcomes, specifically Partnership Performance Data and Reverse Scorecarding
Evaluate scorecard results and implement improvement strategies to meet and/or exceed client minimum expectations
Lead Program Partnership Discussion with MSP program which includes data gathering, analysis and presenting solutions
MOVE ORDERS FORWARD TO FILL
Act as liaison between Recruiting Agent and MSP to ensure Recruiter has a full understanding of job requirements and is fully set up for success
Qualify client orders
Drive recruitment strategy with order prioritization
Push the client for more information when necessary
Conduct intake call with Recruiter to share all information and ensure full understanding of order, client, culture, etc.
Work with Recruiter and Recruiting Leader to manage submittals, time to submittal, and identify obstacles
Work with MSP to obtain timely feedback
Drive submitted candidates to shortlist and shortlist candidates to interview stage
Leverage competitive landscape to encourage the client to move forward
Communicate effectively and productively with client, recruiter, recruiting leader, account director
Work collaboratively with Recruiting Agent to coordinate and set up Client Interviews
Assist with the negotiation process with Talent and Client to close offers
Work with Shared Services to set up onboarding
Open doors for managed staffing through the program
Uncover opportunities for EOR expansion
Assist Aquenters on tasks not related to their clients as necessary and when able.
Regularly meet with Recruiters, Program Managers, Program Coordinators and Recruiting Leaders to publicize their job openings and Talent coming off an assignment and to identify available Talent appropriate for their clients.
Works with PC to ensure timely and accurate completion of payroll and PO extensions as needed

Make every effort to remain up to date on the latest trends and developments regarding their clients and marketing/design trends relevant to their clients.
