We have an immediate opening for a recruiting sourcer on our Aquent Internal Recruiting Team. This is an hourly, 90 day contract with potential to hire. We are looking for someone who can grow with our organization. The Recruiting Sourcer role is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships. This is a role where you are providing candidates with their first impression of our company.The ideal person will work effectively with internal teams and external candidates, possess great communication skills, have a passion for the creative and digital marketing space, have the ability to shift gears at a moment’s notice and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great pool of talented individuals. Our ideal candidate comes from a recruiting background with about 1-3 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source candidates using a variety of tools from our internal database, LI Recruiter, Twitter and other social media tools.

  • Qualify and Pipeline talent for current open job orders.

  • Build a network of sales, recruiters, direct hire consultants

  • Network at local events as a way to identify new talent (Virtually of course!)

  • Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email

  • Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency

  • Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed

  • Work with recruiters to align Recruiting strategy with market demands.
