Job Summary

Handles customer service inquiries and problems and records consistent problem areas.

Job Duties

·       Serve as primary liaison with customers to allow seamless business practices between company and internal and external customers

·       Handle customer service inquiries and problems

·       Work with accounting to fix invoice discrepancies

·       Use computerized system for pricing, ordering, tracking, reporting, information gathering and/or troubleshooting

·       Coordinate with other departments regarding customer requirements, complaints and schedules

·       Navigate through customer systems with speed and accuracy and stay familiar with changes to systems

·       Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately

·       Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)

·       Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures

·       Perform other duties as assigned

Experience and Education

·       Perform work under general supervision

·       Handle moderately complex issues and problems and refer more complex issues to higher-level staff

·       Possess solid working knowledge of subject matter

·       Typically require a Bachelor  degree or equivalent and 2 to 4 years of experience

Competencies/ Skills

·       Ability to interpret work instructions

·       Ability to follow written and verbal directions

·       Intermediate verbal and written communication skills

·       Customer/client orientation

·       Problem-solving skills
