Job Summary: To provide back office support for the business in relation to the billing systems. May perform other administrative functions for the department. Daily contact with staff, agents, and other departments regarding service orders, customer accounts, and reports. Some record keeping is required.

Qualification Requirements: 
a. Education: High School or equivalent. 
b. Experience Level: Minimum of one year experience in customer service environment. Cable TV, Internet, and Phone experience a plus.

Knowledge: 
a. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as basic computer skills, organizational and time management skills, and self-motivated. Must have the ability to tactfully and effectively deal with the public. 
b. Ability to use general office equipment, including a computer. 
c. Ability to retrieve a vast amount of information from memory. 
d. Effective problem solver, with strong logic and critical thinking 
e. Strong customer service skills and ability to thrive successfully in a fast-paced environment.
