We are currently seeking a board-certified Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to fill a full- time weekday opening. This rewarding position will be hospital based primarily at Atrium Health's Main Medical Center and Charlotte Radiology’s clinics in Charlotte with opportunities to rotate to other Atrium hospital sites including University City (limited travel to other Atrium hospital sites). This position will be responsible for consults and hospital rounds; procedures including, but not limited to, Paracentesis, Thoracentesis, image-guided biopsies, GI Fluoro and LPs.
- Qualified candidates will possess at least 2 years’ experience as a PA or NP and board certification to treat all patient age
- Strong clinical experience with surgical interventional radiology, intensive care, or cardiology background is preferred
- Must able to adapt to various clinical situations an perform a variety of complex procedures
- Effective utilization of clinical equipment to include US/Fluoro/CT/Sherlock
- Adept with EMR and dictation system
