Multi-Channel Customer Service Rep

Alta Resources is looking for Multi-Channel Customer Care Representatives, at our call center, to support our client’s infant, baby & toddler care products. Use your wisdom and knowledge to help parents & caregivers with product questions regarding diapers, wipes and everything else related to keeping little ones clean and happy. 

Duties & Qualities

• Use social media, chat, email and/or phone (voice) to address the needs of our client’s customers
• Help facilitate, analyze & resolve customer issues
• Provide product support, solutions & additional product information
• Strong desire and passion to help and serve others
• High level of confidence, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with clients, customers and co-workers

Wages

Starting at $14.50/hr., up to $17.50/hr. based on experience

Additional Job Information
