ASCI is searching for self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to fill an Anchorage based role of Contracts Specialist. This full-time position is responsible for the day-to-day management of the complete end-to-end contract management process across Facilities development, specifically strategic sourcing through contract implementation in a project lifecycle for clean handover to Operations.
This role works closely with the function leaders, as well as other key stakeholders (i.e. tax, legal, HSE, Social Responsibility, Compliance, etc) to ensure optimal selection of contractors and manage the delivery of outcomes to support our Client’s Facilities contract requirements in a timely manner.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent in an appropriate field.
- Experience may be substituted for the degree requirement on a 1:1 basis (one year of experience for every one year of education required for degree completion).
