Summary:


The Human Resources Compliance Coordinator is responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support related to the Human Resources in the consistent and effective application of policies, procedures, and practices of the Human Resources Department.
  

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
 

Administrative Functions:


1. Leading day-to-day compliance process administration, receiving, acknowledging, processing, saving, and uploading compliance documents with prescribed procedure.

2. Coordinates the maintenance of the departments records including employee personnel files (create new personnel and medical files, filing) as assigned

3. Extracts data from organizational systems including learning management and HRIS

4. Accurately and efficiently enters and maintains data in HRIS with prescribed procedure

5. Receives and coordinates receipt of compliance documents with prescribed procedure

6. Coordinates and conducts new hire employee orientation as assigned

7. Processes employee records and documents in accordance with prescribed procedure

8. Ensures compliance with administrative paperwork as assigned

9. Processes Personnel Action Forms and notification as assigned

10. Updates employee files, ensures proper recordkeeping 

11. Interprets, updates and understand HRIS data (W-4 changes, inventory & equipment forms, emergency contacts, etc)

12. Monitors helpdesk ticketing system and complete assigned tickets

13. Screens and directs incoming calls, faxes, and correspondence

14. Answers questions and furnish information consistent with the policies and procedures and practices of the Human Resources Department.

15. Executes department processes as assigned

16. Provides general administrative support (e.g. copying, faxing, packet assembly)

17. Process terminated employee files as assigned

18. Drafts routine correspondence, memos, minutes, policies and procedures as directed

19. Ensures compliance with all administrative paperwork

20. Produces monthly reports as assigned

21. Produces HR metrics and reporting with prescribed procedure

22. Maintains full confidentiality of all employees as well as company records

23. Other related duties as assigned


Qualifications:

 

Minimum Qualifications:


1. Intermediate knowledge of Human Resources functions to include Compensation, Benefits, Training, Leaves of Absence, Unemployment, Administration, Workers Compensation and Recruitment

2. A bachelor’s degree in the Human Resources field, OR

3. An associate’s degree and one year of Human Resources experience, OR

4. A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and two years of Human Resources experience, OR

5. Any similar combination of education and experience
