D365 Trade and Logistics Consultant

The Microsoft D365 Trade and Logistics Consultant is responsible for facilitating discovery, design, development, and deployment activities within the area or warehouse management and distribution for D365 at Blue Horseshoe. The Microsoft D365 Trade and Logistics Consultant works cross-functionally with clients, Blue Horseshoe operations, and sales to help deliver value and improve operations for our clients.

What do we expect?
- Facilitate discovery, design, development, and deployment activities
- Manage resources and deliver project tasks, both external and internal
- Perform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements
- Communicate and document system specifications for clients and team members
- Document test scenarios and perform unit, system, and data conversion testing tasks
- Provide excellent customer interface skills throughout the project life cycle
- Provide periodic status reports and accurate estimates and timelines of work
- Familiar with the following modules: Product Information Management, Procurement and Sourcing, Sales and Marketing, and Inventory Management modules
- Additional understanding of warehouse management is a plus
- Write procedural instructions and train client on use and maintenance for D365
- Ability to work on multiple projects
Here's What We're Looking For:
- 5+ years of real-world, full life-cycle Microsoft D365 implementation experience
- Previous finance and software experience is also helpful
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technically oriented field
- Working knowledge of relational databases and data migration concepts
- Team player with strong communication, organization, and client interaction skills
- Ability to travel up to 60-80% domestically
- Must be legally eligible to work in the US on a permanent basis without sponsorship
