Eagle Integrated Services (EIS), LLC is seeking a Management Analyst to provide support to the Airman Systems Directorate, Airman Biosciences Division, 711 HPW/RHB. The Airman Biosciences Division is an international center for research and technology evaluation in hazard mitigation, public health, contingency operations, performance enhancement, human systems integration, and clinical aerospace medicine disciplines including aeromedical evacuation. The division’s branches provide research and consultative capability for aeromedical, chemical, biological, and radiological health hazard needs, as well as research for the biomedical impact of flight. The research supports Air Force Medical Readiness Agency (AFMRA) research interests by creating high-performance, integrated systems for individualized, operations-enhancing health readiness.
- The contractor employee shall possess a Master of Science degree in a biological science or medical field, with at least ten (10) years’ work experience in one of these fields.
- The contractor employee shall possess excellent organizational, management, and communications skills including writing ability.
- The contractor employee shall be proficient in all applications of Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- The contractor employee shall have a signed Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with their company based on the potential access to confidential, proprietary, and/or sensitive information. NDA shall be provided to the Government Program Manager by start of performance.
Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Familiarity with military and medical terminology, military medical research.
- Minimum one year experience as an associate investigator in medical research.
- Experience in managing AFMS research gaps within the past 5 years.
- Master’s in Physiology.
Tasks :
- The contractor employee shall assist RHB staff in the development of research initiatives in accordance with customer needs.
- The contractor employee shall update/conduct review of scientific literature relevant to RH research initiatives employee shall communicate best evidence to individuals, groups, and colleagues.
- The contractor employee shall support experimental planning, protocol execution, and data collection, coding, and analysis.
- The contractor employee shall support development and reporting of competitive, well-written, full drafts of research proposals, paper publications, technical reports and presentations.
- The contractor employee shall assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of protocol-related documents to Institutional Review Boards (IRBs).
- The contractor employee shall support the preparation and execution program initiatives, or other work as required, at the direction and input of RH staff.
