Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Medical Program Coordinator

 

Qualifications

 

  • An Associate’s Degree and demonstrated experience related to tasks below.
  • Five (5) years of specialized knowledge/experience in delivering and teaching pre-hospital trauma care or emergency medical care technicians
  • Five (5) years of experience in the fields of international health and security cooperation within any Federal agency.
  • A Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this contract. This is necessary in order to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

 

Tasks

 

 

  • Support DIMO point of injury and certification awarding courses for international partners and coordinate all administrative/support details for maintenance of DIMO certification to deliver such courses
  • Support DIMO lead Affiliate Faculty in communication with certifying agencies to ensure adherence to standards and timely awareness of curriculum or procedural updates
  • Collaborate with DIMO Mission Specialists on planning, logistics, and execution of trauma and point of injury courses
  • Attain affiliate faculty status for Tactical Combat Casualty Care and International Trauma Life Support in order to teach, prepare new instructors, and manage the programs with full understanding of requirements
  • Establish and maintain records and information on courses and students including spreadsheets, databases, and correspondence
  • Input pertinent data into DIMO information management systems per guidance
  • Review and ensure synchronization of course material that has been translated and displayed in both English and the subject foreign language.
  • Support resident courses as needed.
  • Use a Government vehicle to deliver/pickup mission supplies, personnel, and international students for resident courses.
  • Support the DIMO staff during decreased mission workload with developing marketing materials, planning, coordinating, and administrating of resident courses, organizing of mission and/or warehouse equipment, and assisting with curriculum review.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, for DIMO and external agencies and stakeholders
  • Deploy internationally on one or two missions annually to maintain field experience on course execution and instruction
