Video Telecommunication (VTC) Technician (Senior)

Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Video Telecommunications Technician

Job Description: Provide Video Telecommunication support to Cyber Directorate and PEO EIS projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) and other Army designated sites as specified by the customer.

Duties shall include, but not be limited to:

• Administers all HQ briefing display requirements and supports VTCs/SVTCs as necessary for HQ personnel.
• Repairs, transports, assembles, installs, and maintains audio and video equipment, such as video cameras, projectors, video screens, video monitors, DVD players, CD players, recording equipment, microphones, public address systems, lighting, and sound equipment. Inspects and troubleshoots equipment for defects and problems and performs routine maintenance; takes equipment to shop for more complicated repairs.
• Provides customer and technical support for conference room hosted meetings and events, to include timely setup and proper operation of a teleconference, video teleconference (VTC), audio/visual, and other conference room functions
• Ensures service interruptions are proactively discovered through proper instrumentation of the service delivery path
• Sets up, adjusts, and operates equipment used to enhance live events including concerts, sports events, meetings, conventions, presentations, and news conferences; connects wires and cables, sound and mixing boards, and related electronic equipment.
• Records meetings and presentations with video cameras, operates spotlights, adjusts amplifiers, coordinates graphics used in displays, and provides technical support for teleconferences, webinars, and distance-learning classes.
• Tracks inventory of equipment and orders supplies.

Qualifications

• Senior:
15. 10 Years of VTC Experience
16. Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to start the program.
17. Hands-on experience in working with DoD VTC systems.
18. Hold or obtain applicable certification to meet DoD 8570 requirements for IAT-2 or IAT-3.
