Eagle Integrated Services, LLC (EIS) is seeking a Knowledge Management SME
Job Description: Provide Knowledge Management support to Cyber Directorate and PEO EIS projects throughout the National Capital Region (NCR) and other Army designated sites as specified by the customer.
Duties shall include, but not be limited to:
- Manages PEO's SharePoint infrastructure and leads HQ-level support for EIS site collections, process workflows, and knowledge management initiatives.
- Provide customer assistance and technical program support for areas such as knowledge management operations and collaboration support activities for PEO EIS headquarters to identify and resolve site collection problems and implement business process automation, as well as to coordinate with supporting computing and communication organizations on problem identification, isolation and resolution
- Identifies, collects, synthesizes, organizes, and manages organizational knowledge in support of business units across an organization. Acquires maintains an understanding of and leverages knowledge about the business activity on behalf of the organization, its clients, its employees, and its partners.
- Supports the preparation of technical documentation, briefings, reports, specifications, and drawings to support timely acquisition, integration, and transition of programs and systems. Builds, organizes, promotes, and utilizes a conceptual asset in knowledge bases.
- Improves and modifies the knowledge management structure of the organization.
- Recognizes the strengths and weaknesses of the company and creates improvement on them.
- Implements new ideas, designs and analyzes networks in the computer for easier distribution of information, and formulates action plans.
- Shall implement the KM practice by leveraging SharePoint as enabling technology, where applicable
- Shall provide formats and recommendations in the management and use of SharePoint from any prioritized known and proven recommendations which facilitate knowledge sharing
- Enhances and makes sure that new knowledge is applied in the organization's system.
- Acts as the central point of contact for users to gain assistance in troubleshooting collaborative/knowledge management related issues and problems to enable users to perform their mission requirements without delay or disruption
Qualifications
- Senior:
- 10 Years of SharePoint/Knowledge Management Experience
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and possess an active Secret clearance to start the program.
- Prior experience providing support in a DoD environment
- Must meet DoD 8570.1‐M Information Assurance workforce program requirements.
