Millcreek Mall, headquartered in Erie, PA, is looking to hire a full time assistant for the mall.  We are specifically seeking candidates who are detail-oriented, independent thinkers, with a “can-do" attitude. 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist Property Manager
  • Accounts Payable
  • Filing
  • Time tracking
  • Scanning and calendaring
  • Mail processing


SKILLS
QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 plus years’ experience in Accounts Payable
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent typing skills, proofreading, and grammatical skills
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous work habits
  • Energetic, proactive approach to work and the ability to self-motivate
  • Professional attitude and an internal customer-service orientation
  • Associates Degree Preferred
  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access)
  • Experience with Compare and Redline features within Microsoft Word a plus
  • Data Entry
  • 10-Key
  • Thorough understanding of Internet (including advanced search engines and databases) as a research tool
  • Experience with JD Edwards or ERP Systems a plus
