TITLE: Experience Specialist
REPORTS TO: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Leadership Team
Role & Responsibilities:
Experience Specialists ensure that each guest has a memorable visit by engaging and showcasing their vibrant personality and naturally warm presence within a colorful experience that is shared with people of all ages. Color Factory is committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive, and safe environment for guests and staff alike, and our team members are responsible for actively supporting these values.

Supports brand messaging by assuring rooms are clean and orderly. Regular cleaning duties include (but are not limited to): dusting, sanitizing surfaces and installation materials (i.e., ball pit), cleaning floors, changing garbage, etc.
Ensures daily setup fits the artistic design created for the space, and visual standards are maintained.
Is aware of professional presence and acts as a brand ambassador reflective of the company’s values and aesthetic
Must be 18 years or older
Must have 2-3 years of experience in customer service, particularly in a fast paced environment
Must be punctual and reliable
Must be inclusive and discerning
Flexible schedule is preferred; weekend availability required
Flexible with tasks throughout the work day.
Has the ability to stand for an extended period of time and lift materials, as needed
Responsible for participating in cleaning procedures for all areas of the venue.
About Color Factory:
Color Factory is a collaborative interactive exhibit that debuted in San Francisco in August 2017. What was intended as a month-long run unexpectedly flourished as a celebration of color and creativity that lasted for another eight sold-out months. We have since opened our flagship in New York City in August 2018, where we’ve seen consistently sold-out crowds. In 20,000 square feet, we feature brand-new participatory installations of colors we’ve collected around the city— hues that invite curiosity, discovery and play.
In October 2019, we opened in Houston, Texas. Some of our favorite artists, creatives, designers and makers have teamed up with us to tell their unique color stories and engage all of the senses in unexpected ways.
Color Factory provides a unique experience carefully designed to be enjoyed by all ages. Through guided activities, interactive installations, and special treats and surprises we hope to connect our guests to the colorful moments within our communities and in their own daily lives.
