Position Summary

 

Credit One Bank is looking for a Risk Analyst to join our Risk Campaign Management team and support the overall growth of the organization.  In this position, you will learn all facets of the Pre-Approved Direct Mail campaign execution process, which includes coordinating all Direct Mail campaigns between the three major credit bureaus and our own Marketing and Strategy teams to ensure the accurate, timely and successful completion of each campaign.

 

Summary Essential Job Functions

  • Work in a highly collaborative environment to achieve superior results.

  • Prepare campaign execution documentation.

  • Validate campaign criteria, record counts and input/output files.

  • Effectively manage deadlines and deliverables.

  • Coordinate campaign selection and underwriting criteria changes.

  • Prepare actuals vs. assumptions and other campaign analyses.

  • Participate in weekly Direct Mail meetings with both internal and external customers to review upcoming campaigns and resolve any issues.

  • Identify data/process issues, and propose and implement effective solutions.

  • Perform ad hoc analyses and other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative area such as finance, economics, mathematics, marketing or statistics is required (advanced degree a plus).

  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word); experience with programming languages such as SAS and SQL.  Working knowledge of Tableau a
    strong plus.

  • Motivated self-starter with the ability to approach problems in a quantitative and qualitative manner under minimal direction.

  • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills to partner with the business to understand their needs and drive solutions.

  • Collaborative team player with the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. 

Preferred

  • Familiarity with campaign management platforms.

  • Fundamental knowledge of credit scoring, credit underwriting, and credit risk management.
