Recruiting Support (CCN) - Social Media Ambassador
The primary responsibility of the Social Media Ambassador is to create and maintain a strong online presence for the company.The position will implement online marketing strategies through social media accounts.Responsible for collaborating with other marketing sales professionals to develop successful social media campaigns.
·Build a social media following.
·Assist with questions pertaining to Travel Nurse and Allied.
·Retain flexible schedules in order to service Professionals and Recruiter requests.
·Cultivate social relationships through technology platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram.
·Sell assignments to prospective travelers by posting hot positions.
·Follow-up with all leads or interested candidates via our ATS system.
·Support ongoing campaigns and special projects with targeted focus.
·Communicate and work with the marketing teams to develop media to support recruitment efforts.
·Provide market intel on competitive landscape based on open roles.
·Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
·Create engaging text to attract targeted audience.
·Facilitate online conversation with customer and respond to queries.
·All other duties as assigned.
·High School diploma or equivalent required.College Degree preferred.
·1-2 years proven work experience in social media.
·Expertise in multiple social media platforms.
·Ability to deliver creative content.
·Familiarity with on marketing strategies and marketing channels.
·Ability to grasp future trends in digital technology and act proactively.
·Excellent communication skills
·Multitasking and analytical skills.
·Knowledge of office systems and Microsoft Office products: Outlook, Excel, Word
·Proficient in Microsoft Office,Outlook, Imaging System and the production database system
·Excellent phone skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain strong business relationships.
