Under the direction of the Director of Client Services, manage all aspects of the client implementation and project management e.g. define scope, designing implementation timeline, partnering with clients regarding tasks, developing workflows, SOPs, and Rules of Engagement, presenting to decision makers, supporting delivery, and project administration that will include financial and progress reporting, as well as manage and coach the people working on the project throughout the engagement as needed.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Participate in the end-to-end planning, delivery and management of projects or programs.
Act as Consultant/Project Manager for related projects as assigned, performing all tasks required for supporting completion of proposed projects for which he or she agrees to assume responsibility.
Develop detailed project plans, reports, and documents to effectively track progress of projects and programs.
Deliver optimum internal and external customer service when leading project management functions.

Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility.
Participate in marketing and staff meetings, to effectively communicate initiatives and engagements across the organization.
Conduct analysis for many project related initiatives within scope of assigned engagements. 
Regularly perform assessments to ensure deliverables and projects are managed in accordance to plan.
Help ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
Report and escalate to management as needed.
Efficiently communicate project status updates to the client and all stakeholders. 
Perform risk mitigation assessments to minimize project issues.
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors as required. 
Provide guidance to project delivery team through thorough transfer of knowledge and training.
Responsible for communicating project process changes/enhancement to internal team and maintain accurate documentation.
Execute project conclusion and/or expansions.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS/EDUCATION/SKILLS
Bachelor's degree or related field. 
Specialized training for staffing industry, business development, business planning, project management, and/or marketing preferred.
Client management and team coordination skills are necessary. Experience in facilitating meetings and presentations with clients, is desired.
Strong oral and written communication skills; ability to interact within all levels of the organization and with external audiences.
Accurate, detail oriented.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
Must work efficiently under deadlines in a fast -paced environment. Previous experience in healthcare is a plus, but not required.
Strong computer skills to include use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Outlook.
