The primary responsibility of the Inventory Coordinator is to track/retrieve and catalog all IT assets.  Works with the Service Desk Leads to coordinate and track all IT hardware receipt and deployments, maintains inventory database including monthly and annual health\inventory check of regional and branch offices.  

Coordinate with Regional Technicians to verify Regional Office inventories
Verify Data Center and IT Hardware Closet assets including PCs, peripherals, networking and server equipment
Export asset movement reports from Change Management System, format and review data for accuracy
Ensure all assets are added or decommissioned and disposed, then properly updated in Wisetrack Asset Management database on both weekly and monthly schedule
Manage and coordinate Annual Inventory process with Remote Users and Regional Technicians to validate current inventory with existing Wisetrack database
Act as the point of contact for Accounting to ensure IT assets are added and disposed of in the Company’s Fixed Asset Database
Assist with scheduling, planning, tracking, retrieval, deployment, and shipping of all IT assets
Image PCs when required utilizing Intune or other imaging technologies.
Coordinate all IT shipping to/from enterprise-wide locations using FedEx or other shipping accounts
Verify receipt of all IT equipment against Purchase Orders to ensure accuracy; asset tag and distribute inventory items as required
Work with the Service Desk Leads on additional projects as assigned
Comply with the Company’s internal policies and procedures
All other duties as assigned
Associates degree in Computer Information Systems or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 years of relevant technical experience 
Basic knowledge of RemedyForce or other Service Desk applications
Basic knowledge of Wisetrack or other asset tracking applications
Basic Knowledge of Coupa or other receiving systems
Strong working experience with the Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel skills preferred)
Working and Technical experience with Microsoft Windows 10 and Mac OS
Familiarity with basic LAN concepts.
