Assist in the development, planning and presentation of all Training courses assigned.  Presentation may be in full classroom presentation, small group presentation or one on one presentation. 


  • Develop training materials as assigned
  • Track and compile training data
  • Communicate training needs
  • Conceptualize training materials based on data and research
  • Assist with maintaining recruiting platform
  • Present New Hire Orientation on a weekly basis
  • Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
  • Assist with scheduling of panel interview
  • Assist with all areas of recruiting for all assigned departments and properties
  • Ensure all works cards are current and present at time of onboarding
  •  Posting all assigned departments open positions
  • Submit background requests at the time of job offer
  • Maintain recruiting and hiring data for reporting purposes
  • Other duties as assigned



  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
  • Must be flexible, detail oriented, able to prioritize and able to multi-task effectively
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills, writing skills, organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential materials and information
  • Must be able to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
  • Must be able to work in a fast paced, changing environment with multiple distractions and meet timelines
  • Must be able to think outside the box, think quickly and make changes in presentation based on the audience

  • keep current with sourcing strategies and industry trends
  • ensure regulatory aspects of the recruitment process is compliant with federal and state legislation
  • Ensure satisfaction to customers

  • Uphold the company’s non-disclosure and confidentiality policies and agreements
  • Work evening, weekend and holiday work hours as required

  • High School graduate or equivalent
  • BS in Education, Training or HR Related field preferred
  • One (1) year experience presenting to groups of adults
  • Prior recruiting experience and general knowledge of recruiting principles
  • Experience in managing applicant data bases and tracking systems
  • Experience in candidate sourcing solutions i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed etc. 
  • Knowledge of relevant employment legislation


  • Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers, and symbols
  • Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment
  • Performance of job duties will require standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling, and grasping. 
  • These tasks include the maintenance and care of assigned area. 
  • Constant contact with fellow Team Members
  • Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time
