Operations Coordinator

Reviewed/reviewed.com, a part of the USA TODAY NETWORK, is seeking a full-time Operations Coordinator to help us facilitate our operations in Cambridge, MA as well as the work of contributors around the country.


The ideal candidate has experience with office management, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, experience coordinating with a variety of vendors, and a background in billing and invoice processing.


The Reviewed office, located in Central Square, Cambridge, is home to a team of busy, dedicated writers and lab staff who review thousands of consumer products each year.


The Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the staff and its mission by making sure the office is well-maintained, fully stocked with supplies, and that its various vendors are paid in a timely manner.


You’ll work alongside the Senior Logistics Coordinator as part of the Operations team, reporting to the Editor in Chief.


You’ll be responsible for managing all building expenses, processing contractor invoices, and periodically for the sale of used products to the public. You’ll coordinate with Gannett’s Accounts Payable and Credit Card support teams to make sure our business aligns with corporate best practices.


You’ll also have light receptionist duties, including answering calls, assisting with the occasional visitor, and receiving deliveries when the Senior Logistics Coordinator is not available.



  • Managing the payment of all building services.
  • Managing the payment and tracking of all freelance contractors.
  • Coordinating with various Gannett support teams to ensure that our business is in line with corporate best practices.
  • Coordinating with landlord’s office on building improvement projects.
  • Purchasing office supplies, including food and services for events.
  • Helping to onboard new employees, including coordinating with Gannett IT and HR departments.
  • Coordinating guest visits. 



  • High School Diploma/G.E.D.
  • 2-3 years’ experience with office management. 
  • High energy team player who enjoys taking on organizational challenges.
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds.
  • Must be able to move up and down stairs.
  • Employment is contingent on passing a pre-employment, post-offer background check.

Work Environment:


To address COVID concerns, much of our operations have temporarily been moved out of the office, but we expect a return to the Cambridge office when it is safe to do so. For the immediate future, this position would be hybrid, with many of the tasks able to be performed remotely. You’re expected to be accessible to the team throughout the day via, email, phone, and Slack.
