We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to become a Territory Sales Manager for JCB So Cal!

JCB is a world-class, family owned business. We are proud of our achievements and dedicated to looking after our people. We have launched a dealership on the west coast and we need a Territory Sales Manager to dig deep and help us build sales!

About Your Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to come into a brand new business venture! You will be responsible for driving sales and market share within your assigned territory. The successful candidate will possess experience in conducting product demonstrations, growing a customer base and educating customers on our product offerings and JCB's value proposition.


About You

A skilled and experienced sales professional - 3 years minimum experience ideally within the West Coast construction equipment and rental market. You must be highly self-motivated and bring a sense of urgency – which is exactly what’s needed to drive positive results. At the same time, you’ll prioritize customer satisfaction and relationships with our end use customers. For that, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation skills. Great with people and brilliant with teams!

  • Generate potential leads for future sales
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients
  • Educate clients and attend trade shows to conduct product demonstrations
  • Set and exceed quotas
  • Track and report sales in organized manner
  • Communicate effectively with other members of team

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Strong consultative sales skills
  • Ideally 2- 5 years of sales experience
  • Strong work ethic and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
  • Ability to travel when required
