SUMMARY

Works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed, yet there is some autonomy.

 

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • General application of concepts and principles
  • Handles the investigation, evaluation, and/or resolution of issues
  • Respond to all inquiries timely
  • Provide feedback to improve processes
  • Works with other departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with all necessary parties
  • Assists in preparation, coordination, and documentation of relevant processes
  • Reviews documents for accuracy and completeness, gathering missing documentation as needed

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university, preferred
  • Minimum Experience: One to two years of relevant experience

 

ESSENTIAL DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC DUTIES and/or SKILLS

  • Obtain payment information via customer website, email exchange and phone call (within 60 days of invoice date)
  • Keep call queue current
  • Update customer contact information to the accounts as identified
  • Accounts that are over the established credit limit (agent risk) by more than $50K, notify appropriate agent and include supervisor on those written notifications
  • Monitor cash suspense report to apply credits when applicable
  • Complete customer requests for missing paperwork
  • Note the system timely with clear and concise information
  • Elevate critical issues to management, including but not limited to Agent’s billing themselves or accepting payments from customers and not forwarding to Corporate
  • Other duties as assigned
