Beaverton INFINITI is hiring.  We are looking for someone with poise, grace, style, and an unbeatable work ethic.  In this role, you will provide dedicated support to a team of Sales Managers, Sales Consultants, Service Manager and a General Manager.  As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the management team with document scanning for all retail vehicle transactions, assisting clients via telephone and email with warranty cancellations, monitoring and updating vehicle contract status, answering clients DMV/Vehicle registration inquiries, processing dealer trade paperwork and other general administrative duties as needed.  This position will also assist with answering phones, directing calls to appropriate personnel, taking messages and assisting with general inquiries.  Only those candidates who are dependable, professional and able to work as part of team, as well as independently, need apply.  

Approx 40 hours/week; schedules are assigned within the dealership business hours; schedule to fill is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday – generally 9 am to 6 pm, and Sunday, 10 am to 6 pm.

Maintaining office inventory with zero run out and optimum visibility/labeling/inventory

Troubleshooting maintenance (with IT) on copiers and communication equipment
Photocopying, faxing, scanning
Housekeeping in the showroom and guest green room to assure they remain stocked and well groomed
Maturity and professionalism are key
Excellent attendance and punctuality practices
Follow up/ thank you phone calls to all customer sales and service
Waiting room supplies ordering as needed
