ATM Operations Supervisor

General Function:

The ATM Supervisor is responsible for developing and maintaining a safe, secure and efficient ATM operation which provides a high level of service to all customers.  Ensures that all ATM personnel are well trained, professional and proactive. 

Specific Responsibilities:

The ATM Supervisor will be responsible for:

      Coordinating and scheduling of ATM routes with the Route Supervisor to satisfy all customer requirements.  Ensuring that on-call personnel are scheduled for after hour and weekend service calls.

        Creating efficient routes which will satisfy all customer requirements/deadlines and Loomis policies

      Supervising, training, coaching, counseling and disciplining all ATM personnel.  Preparing and maintaining a weekly work schedule, scheduling overtime and vacations for ATM personnel. Ensuring that all ATM personnel are complying with company policy regarding uniform, appearance and punctuality. Monitoring, attendance, verifying time cards and approving special pay.

    Monitoring and maintaining ATM supply inventories in all ATMs, trucks and branch locations.  Ensuring all supplies are replenished as needed and replacement supplies are ordered in a timely manner. 

        Ensuring that all ATMs are maintained in a clean and organized manner

       Ensuring all preventative maintenance is performed regularly as scheduled

      Regularly monitoring ATMs for chronic problems.  Report and take steps to correct chronic problems. 

       Communicate with customers on a regular basis. Respond to customer inquiries and/or complaints. Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among all operations staff.

       Provide leadership by example – modeling appropriate behaviors and regular observation/monitoring of route activities and crew needs.

   Ensure self-development and development of subordinates through on the job training and other training.

      Complete any and all additional responsibilities assigned by the Branch Manager and/or other Management Team Members on an “as needed” basis.


Compliance with all Corporate, Regional and Branch policies

Maintenance of safety and security policies published and distributed by Corporate, Region, Area and Branch
