INSIDE SALES REP
Lumos Networks, A Segra Company is looking for a talented Sales Representative to join our team. The Inside Sales Representative will sell Broadband, Voice, TV and any features to residential accounts via inbound/outbound calling. Team members are expected to provide unparalleled customer service by answering customer inquiries, promoting and selling products and services. Responsible for follow-up, closing sales, building and maintaining internal and external customer relationships, making outbound calls on a regular basis. Maintain a strong understanding of all residential offerings from Lumos Networks. Data entry, customer management and systems access/usage required daily.
Duties & Responsibilities
*Sell DSL, Fiber, Voice, and Video to residential accounts via inbound or outbound calls, chats, emails, and leads while meeting monthly, quarterly, yearly sales targets.
*Follow up with CLEC and ILEC orders. Upsell residential accounts when applicable.
*Stay up-to-date with competitive products, new or changes to methods and procedures, and new promotions.
*Manual sales, call, and referral tracking.
Education: BS or BA in Business Administration or Marketing preferred.
Experience: Two to three years of sales and customer service experience. Knowledge and understanding of telecommunications industry and related products preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Key Competencies: Must have excellent oral, selling and listening skills.
