We are seeking a Terrain Park Grooming Supervisor to oversee our elite team of Freestyle Groomers to build and deliver the highest quality in terrain park features wrapped in a big mountain experience. This is an ideal opportunity to lead and collaborate with an incredible crew of experienced park builders and hand crafters.

 

Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 19 years of age or older
  • Ability to be insured to operate company vehicles
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum one year experience as a slope or terrain park slope groomer
  • Minimum one year experience in a supervisory role
  • Demonstrated knowledge of daily snow cat maintenance and safe operation
  • Lift up to 50 lbs. and shovel heavy snow
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in adverse weather conditions
  • Basic mechanical skills to perform minor maintenance of snow cat
  • Flexibility in scheduling and shift length
  • Ability to commit to working shifts on weekends and holidays
  • Reliable transportation for winter driving conditions
  • Experience in terrain park/half pipe construction and maintenance
  • Basic Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiar with freestyle terrain at Mt. Hood Meadows
