Modern Comfort Systems is seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at our new Grantville, PA office.
Candidates must have a professional and empathetic communication style, helpful attitude, and be committed to providing exceptional customer service.
Our Customer Service Representative serves as the first point of contact for our customers and answers phone and email inquiries related to scheduling, products and pricing, order tracking and problem resolution.
We are seeking Candidates with:
- 3-5 years’ prior customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college is preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Efficient written and oral communication skills, including active listening
- Ability to multi-task, work independently and be a self-starter
- Computer Proficiency to include Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- CRM and Pegasus experience a PLUS!
- Professional, patient, and supportive phone and email presence
