As an Inside Sales Representative, you must be professional, with an engaging personality and possess the ability to function well in both a team environment and independently. You must be highly detail oriented and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Responsibilities will include-
- Answering and scheduling inbound inquiries about pricing and service
- Processing qualified applicants and establishing new accounts in our back-office systems
- Ensuring timely follow-up on all inquiries, via phone and e-mail
- Working closely with the customer service, billing, and sales teams to ensure exceptional customer service
