The Aquatics Administrative Assistant will be expected to perform the duties of a Lifeguard Lead with an emphasis on administrative work. Administrative duties include but are not limited to tracking employee training on a weekly basis, checking times of Aquatics employees for accuracy and correcting missing times as needed, input and tracking of employee disciplinary write-ups, and monthly updates of Zone Validations as required by Ellis and Associates.  The Administrative Assistant will also assist the Aquatics Manager with scheduling as needed.

Lifeguard Leads are responsible for an area of the facility each day which includes all team members scheduled for the day, as well as ensuring rides are operating safely and efficiently.  Responsibilities also include following park safety procedures and policies, and reporting safety problems to management should they arise.  Lifeguard Leads will work with Lifeguard Supervisors and the Aquatics Managers to ensure the park is operating safely each day.  Applicants should have a strong desire to work with people and have excellent communication skills.

The Aquatics Administrative Assistant reports directly to the Aquatics Manager and Seasonal Aquatics Manager and assists other managers in the park as directed.
