Digital Marketing Manager
As the Digital Marketing Manager, within the Corporate Marketing group, you will lead a team responsible for supporting the company’s digital marketing and automation platforms: including, but not limited to; Websites (WordPress based), Marketing Automation (HubSpot), Digital Asset Management (Canto), Communities Platform (Higher Logic), Project Management (Freedcamp) and Social Media Platforms (Social Bakers and Bambu), advocacy and aggregation tools.
Additionally, in this role, you will play a leading role in driving lead generation, our overall digital marketing strategy, and be an active member of the Corporate Marketing Leadership team. You will work closely with your fellow Corporate Marketing colleagues, a variety of companywide stakeholders, the corporate IT and IS groups, and external vendors.
You will have an established track record in supporting digital marketing platforms, leading small teams, and working within a high paced dynamic business-to-business environment. You will be a strategic thinker, have strong technical skills, possess superior communications skills, and embrace the value of dashboards, marketing analytics and data driven marketing.
Some of the key skills required for this position:
- Marketing / digital marketing degree or diploma or engineering degree / diploma (with appropriate marketing experience)
- 3-5 years’ experience as a Marketing Automation Specialist, or Website Coordinator, or Web Developer
- 3-5 years’ experience running a digital marketing team
- Heightened communication skills
- Able to take complex technical details and convey the information to others in an easy-to-understand manner
- Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing, lead generation, and other digital marketing methods
- Eye for design relating to digital marketing assets
- In-depth knowledge of WordPress
- Extensive experience with website management, analytics, design, and web standards
