HOW YOU WILL IMPACT OUR MISSION

The Pricing Clerk is located at San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance’s Rancho Bernardo Warehouse. Primarily focuses on processing orders from vendors of goods to be sold in SDZWA stores. This position reports to the Lead and to the Merchandising Warehouse Supervisor.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

• Create price tags on a label printer
• Price merchandise
• Process incoming orders
• Validate items against purchase orders
• Check quality and quantity of incoming merchandise
• Enter into inventory system
• Prepare various reports as needed
• Research and reconcile discrepancies
• Provide leadership on large orders requiring a team effort
• Under general direction, provide training, guidance, and constructive communication
• Seek operational improvements and improved efficiencies
• Identify problems and seeks solutions

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

A motivated team player who is outgoing and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills. Basic ability to use a computer for inputting data and calling up reports. Must be at least 18 years of age. This position requires successful completion of physical ability test.
