Data Analyst

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Under general direction, specific duties include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Primarily responsible for triaging data cases – assigning cases to the appropriate team member or self for resolution.

  • Provides regular feedback/training/Knowledge Submissions for case resolution to internal departments.

  • Work with internal team members to establish data quality process and develop action plan for team to proactively resolve issues.

  • Assist internal departments with data analysis to support campaign development, customer success and retention.

  • Ad-hoc SQL reporting and trend analysis for future business development.

  • Complete assigned job tasks in an accurate and timely manner.

  • Carefully prepare for meetings and presentations; follow up with others to ensure that agreements, tasks or commitments have been fulfilled.

  • Demonstrate commitment to achieving Company’s core business objectives of increasing the role of pharmacy and improving patient health in America.

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with healthcare professionals in a clinical setting.

  • Experience resolving issues that do not have clear answers.

  • Highly motivated and possessed excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and technical skills.

  • High sense of urgency and accountability

  • Adaptable, friendly, and ability to work with a team.

  • Excellent attendance

  • Passion for data and digging into the minutia of datasets.

  • Take calculated risks based on data-driven analytics

  • Be a self-starter

  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS, EDUCATION, OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 1-2 years experience in SQL, with demonstrated knowledge of relational data base concepts and file structures

  • Knowledge of business analytical practices and methodologies

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Work in Company’s office located in Irvine, CA.

  • Must work in office: Monday – Friday.

  • Travel to remote offices and educational events may be required.

  • Collaboration across remote sites within the company
