The Operations Associate II, Deposits processes client requests accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with documented processes and procedures. Provides exceptional service to our clients via phone and email and maintains documentation. Processes and reviews high volumes of standard tasks and transactions.

                                                               

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Processes and reviews incoming wires, Automated Clearing House (ACH), and checks

• Processes returned check deposits that do not meet the requirements for deposit

• Works in a team atmosphere to ensure all daily tasks are completed by end of day

• Reads source documents, such as checks, check requests, and reports, and determines necessary action

• Conducts research to resolve problems on accounts and follows through to ensure client satisfaction

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Assists their Team Lead and Supervisor with resolving client issues, performing research, and responding to colleagues’ requests

• Performs other duties as assigned

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the retirement and/or financial industries preferred

 

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION(S):

• None required

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to type at least 45+ WPM

• Intermediate 10 key skills with at least 6,000 KSPH preferred
