The Team Lead I demonstrates the consistency, accuracy, and advanced understanding necessary to work with minimal supervision. Processes client requests accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with documented processes and procedures. Recommends improvements to existing processes and procedures. Provides exceptional service to our clients via phone and email. Processes and reviews complex tasks and transactions and maintains documentation. Serves as a subject matter expert on transfers.

                                               

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assigns daily productivity goals to team members

• Completes daily task schedule under Supervisor’s review

• Monitors team distribution emails to ensure accuracy and colleague/client satisfaction

• Assists team members in problem solving and resolutions

• Monitors departments daily tasks for efficient and accurate completion

• Processes incoming and outgoing transactions of all types

• Balances daily transactions of all types to ensure accuracy and that all items have transacted on both Trust Accounting and bank accounts

                                                           

 

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

• Assists Supervisor with training, issue resolution, researching more difficult situations, responding to colleagues’ requests, and escalated client requests

• Assists other teams and departments as needed

• Performs other duties as assigned      

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Associate’s Degree in Business, Finance, or related field a plus

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the retirement and/or financial industries

 

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATION(S):

• None required

 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

• Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Ability to type at least 45+ WPM

• Intermediate 10 key skills with at least 9,000 KSPH preferred
