JOB SUMMARY: 
 

The Operations Associate I for the Account Services and Transfers department logs client and internal requests received via physical mail, fax or email. Requests are logged accurately, efficiently, timely and in accordance with documented processes and procedures. Reviews and logs high volumes of standard tasks and transactions.

    

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Researches within databases to locate client account information
  • Creates activities or adds documents into existing activities for processing
  • Manages assigned fax lines throughout the day

OTHER FUNCTIONS:

  • Assists other departments as needed
  • Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent 
  • Minimum 1 year of data entry experience preferred

PROFESSIONAL CERTIFICATIONS:

  • None required 

TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Basic level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Basic 10 key skills
  • Ability to type a minimum of 45+ WPM preferred
