We are looking for a Director Patient Services to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Identifies, develops, and implements enhancements to existing protocols to continuously improve service levels
  • Educates and trains team members on clinic specific initiatives, marketing campaigns or preference changes
  • Develops metrics, reporting and analysis of KPIs and delivers results to leadership team

  • Holds leaders accountable for maintaining acceptable team performance levels

  • Researches, implements, and trains team members on new contact options for patient communication

  • Maintains a workforce management model that reflects the seasonality of the business coverage needs

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field or an equivalent combination of education and related functional experience
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience (seven (7) years preferred) in contact center support preferably with a healthcare industry
  • Minimum four (4) year’s leadership experience in contact center support
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft office with advanced knowledge of excel preferred
  • Advanced knowledge of contact center metrics
  • Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving problems
